1. SMS Messaging Program
RxMart Inc. ("RxMart," "we," "us," or "our") offers SMS text messaging programs to eligible pharmacy owners, authorized business representatives, and individuals who have provided the appropriate consent.
Our messaging programs support RxMart's business-to-business pharmaceutical wholesale marketplace, pharmacy inventory management software, compliance and audit services, and related business operations.
Participation in optional SMS programs is voluntary.
2. Types of SMS Messages
Marketing and Promotional SMS
With your express consent, RxMart may send recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages concerning:
- Pharmaceutical wholesale marketplace offers and opportunities.
- Pharmacy inventory management software.
- Compliance and audit services.
- Product announcements and promotional offers.
- New features, demonstrations, and business opportunities.
Informational and Transactional SMS
With appropriate authorization, RxMart may send informational messages concerning:
- Account registration and verification.
- Order confirmations and transaction updates.
- Shipping and delivery notifications.
- Inventory alerts and marketplace activity.
- Appointment reminders and requested consultations.
- Customer support and account notifications.
Consent to informational SMS does not automatically authorize promotional SMS.
3. SMS Consent
Users may enroll in SMS communications through RxMart's website forms, dedicated SMS opt-in page, or other compliant affirmative consent methods.
Where online enrollment is offered, marketing and informational SMS consent options are presented separately. Both checkboxes are optional and unchecked by default. Users may select either option, both options, or neither option.
Consent to receive marketing SMS messages is not a condition of purchase, account registration, or use of RxMart services.
Providing a phone number, submitting an inquiry, or accepting our general Terms & Conditions does not automatically constitute consent to receive promotional text messages.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the messaging program, account activity, communication preferences, and interactions with RxMart.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent or received. RxMart does not charge a separate subscription fee for participating in its promotional SMS program.
6. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying: STOP
RxMart will process valid opt-out requests and may send a final confirmation message. An opt-out will apply to the relevant messaging program or sender as required by applicable law and messaging-provider rules.

8. Privacy and Mobile Information
RxMart respects the privacy of its SMS subscribers. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be disclosed to service providers acting on RxMart's behalf solely as necessary to deliver and administer SMS communications, process opt-out requests, maintain security, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

9. Wireless Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may depend on carrier filtering, network availability, device compatibility, and other circumstances beyond RxMart's control.
10. Sensitive Information
SMS messaging may not be encrypted or secure. Do not transmit patient information, prescription records, passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information through ordinary SMS. RxMart's promotional SMS program is not intended to transmit protected health information.
11. Consent Records
RxMart maintains records of SMS consent and communication preferences as necessary to demonstrate authorization, honor opt-out requests, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Records may include the phone number, consent category, timestamp, enrollment source, and disclosure language accepted.
12. Changes to SMS Programs
RxMart may modify or discontinue SMS programs in accordance with applicable law. Material changes requiring additional notice or renewed consent will be handled accordingly.
